Travis Bird is a musician, writer, and cinema technician based in Columbia, MO.

A projectionist by trade, he is co-founder and Executive Director of nonprofit film exhibitor Shotgun Cinema (est. 2013). From 2021-2024, he was Technical Director of Ragtag Film Society and the True/False Film Fest. He is a technician and projectionist for hire at film festivals in the U.S. and Canada.
